know that good hydration is essential to live healthy but often neglect the consumption of water and are some symptoms that we attribute to other causes when in fact, may be indicators of inadequate intake water.

So, here we show these symptoms can present yourself and that may be due to poor hydration:

"I feel tired, but fatigue can have many causes, hydration cause poor physical performance and lower mental and favors the presence of fatigue, so before drinking strong coffee or other stimulant drink, try drinking plenty of water.

poor water intake not only detects the presence of thirst, but these symptoms can also be caused by mild dehydration that deserves to be treated and prevented with adequate fluid intake during the day.
