Natural Recipes: apple custard with soy milk

To prepare this delicious custard apple today we have selected from the healthy ingredients and very nutritious soy milk and organic sugar that is used for its pleasant taste, texture, micronutrients and have excellent sweetener to flavor all kinds of desserts.

Ingredients: 6 servings



6 medium apples 3 large eggs 8 tablespoons honey

1 cup soy milk
1 / 2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons organic
cornstarch

Preparation:

Wash apples thoroughly and scrape out the shell, remove them from the center and seeds and cut into smallish pieces. In a separate bowl beat eggs with organic sugar and honey. Then Stir to this mix the soy milk, cornstarch and cut apples into small pieces.

Then mix well and pour this preparation into a previously flanera caramel. Cook the custard in a water bath for 45 to 50 minutes approximately in a moderate oven temperature to 180 º.

Finally, remove from oven and let cool well. Then take it to the refrigerator for several hours until cold. When you see that you can take good consistency unmold into a serving dish alone or with whipped cream or cream cheese and natural apple chips sprinkled with chopped nuts and a touch of honey.

. Ingredients

pumpkin • 1 • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 1 corn
zucchini or summer squash • ½
• 400 grams spinach
• 2 tablespoons cream or cream cheese • Salt
• Pepper • Olive

2.Preparation

1 Cut the pumpkin into slices ½ inch thick, cook in the oven with some olive oil and spices to taste until browned on both sides. Shelling corn and zucchini or summer squash cut into small cubes, sauté with a little olive oil. Season and reserve.
2 for 30 seconds Blanch spinach in boiling salted water, drain, chop and reserve. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream or cream cheese if you want to make the recipe lighter.
3 Place the corn on the pumpkin with sauteed zucchini and blanched spinach. Place the mixture over cream and mayonnaise and give a touch of grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees until brown.

Natural Recipes: Zucchini and Eggplant Pizza

This pizza is a real treat healthy and natural. Stir vegetables into our meal by the unmistakable flavor of homemade pizza.

Serves 4

For the dough:

50 g superfine flour
the 5th gr white flour 15 g yeast

6 tablespoons of water with gas
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pinch

salt
For pizza:

200 g of tomato sauce

1 finely chopped zucchini 1 eggplant, finely diced 1 clove garlic

100 gr cream cheese 100 g mozzarella

1 pinch of oregano or basil

Preparation:

starts with the dough: mix the yeast with the flour and salt.
We add the oil slowly and sparkling water.
Knead until a compact mass that does not stick to your fingers.
We let stand for half an hour.
extend the dough and place on a baking pan previously greased with oil. Cook the dough alone in a preheated oven at 200 º C for 15 minutes. Remove and let temper the pizza base.

Add the tomato sauce and clove garlic, minced very small. On this place the remaining sauce ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven to 200 º until broil.
serve at the table hot.
