This natural mask pumpkin produces gentle exfoliation, moisturizing and provides a tremendous amount of beta carotene and vitamin E, powerful antioxidants that will work wonders with skin.

Ingredients:

Two to three tablespoons processed raw pumpkin (consistency of paste or cream)
A spoonful of pure honey
Media tablespoon olive oil

Procedure:

In every style of Asian cuisine are fried variety of recipes, now we'll see one of them.

2 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon cornstarch 3 tablespoons sugar

brown 1 cup chicken broth 1 green onion

1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon

grated ginger 2 chicken breasts 1 red pepper

1 green pepper 2 slices pineapple (pineapple)

sea salt to taste 6 tablespoons olive oil 1 tomato


2 carrots, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar



Preparation Cut the chicken breasts in irregular pieces of bite size, place them in a bowl with olive oil, mixing and sprinkle with cornstarch. Reserve.

Remove the seeds and ribs from peppers and cut into thin strips.
Cut pineapple slices into 1cm cubes aside.
Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into thin strips.
