Hi, this post as the title says these are small meals that are made between hours and try to be as healthy as possible. This post is dedicated to Glitter and mine who asked me if he knew of ways to eat a light snack between meals ... These options I gave them snacks a nutritionist ... Should be left a solid + liquid calorie intake (eg water, tea, juice diet, diet soda, diet gelatin). Here are some ideas:
- A Fruit
- 4 or bran cookies
- An apple or pear (roasted or stewed)
- 1 cup juice soybean
- a cereal bar light
- Fruited Gelatin
- 1 / 2 cup of rice pudding
- A cup of fruit salad.
