There are few more traditional snacks that meringue. It is a specialty of southern Spain. It's easy to do and does not require much processing time. This is a completely natural and nutritional adaptation.

• 1 liter of milk or soy milk natural
• 3 egg whites 1 lemon
• • 1 cup brown sugar • 1
cinnamon • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2.Preparation
1 Put the milk to boil with cinnamon stick. When a boil, remove it, let it cool and take off the stick of cinnamon. Then put it in a container in the freezer along with the lemon zest.
2 When you start to curdle, take it out (do not let to solidify), add the beaten egg whites with brown sugar and put the container back in the freezer 2 hours (approx). Serve with cinnamon sprinkled on top.
