 1.  Ingredients  
   
 • 800 g. Pumpkin 
   250g • 200 ga. whole wheat flour 
   • 1 egg yolk 
   • Salt, pepper and nutmeg 
   • 2 tablespoons grated cheese 
   • 100 g. 
 mozzarella  
 • Neapolitan or Filetto Sauce to taste. 
   
 2. Preparation   
   
 1 Cook the squash cut in half baked, steamed or microwave. It should be dry. 
   2 Remove the rind and mash. Warm, add the yolk, salt, pepper, walnut nutmeg and flour sifted by little to form a consistent roll. Join 
   3 rolls and cut pieces of 1 and 1/2cm. And lay it ñoquera floured fork or forming the gnocchi. 
   4 Place in plenty of boiling water and salt and remove them when to rise to the surface. 
   5 Place on greased baking sheets Gnocchi Napolitana sauce with pieces of mozzarella. 
   Complete with grated cheese and broil in a hot oven.
