Natural Recipes: Salad Greens and Curry
For those who enjoy delicious salads in any season I propose today a delicious recipe to savor as well as the entry or accompanied with a serving of meat, fish or grilled chicken with lemon juice.
This tasty green salad containing spinach and fresh foods to incorporate into our body and a hint of aroma and flavor that gives the curry being a species that goes well with many vegetables.
Ingredients:
2 cups very tender baby spinach leaves 2 cups
green leaves to taste (arugula, celery, watercress, radicchio, etc.).
2 large carrots, grated
1 onion cut into rings
3 hard boiled eggs cut into wedges

lemon juice 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 teaspoon mustard
Preparation:
