The importance of breakfast I
"good breakfast every day is a healthy habit"
is important to realize to make a tasty breakfast, complete and balanced, giving our bodies energy and nutrients needed to start the day.
We seek to include in breakfast foods such as
- Milk, yogurt or cheese (add protein and calcium)
- Bread and cereals (provide carbohydrates and B vitamins)
- Fresh fruit or fruit juice ( provide vitamin C)
